All staff, after induction and probationary period are supported towards a professional qualification.
We currently have the following vacancies:
- Senior Residential Childcare Workers - All senior staff must have at least 2 years experience of working with children and young people who display very challenging behaviour, an understanding of working in a therapeutic way and be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)
- Residential Childcare Workers- All RCW's must have at least one years experience of working with children/young people who display challenging behaviour
- Waking Night Staff - All WN staff must have at least 2 years experience of working with children/young people who display challenging behaviour and ideally be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)
- Cleaner - Experience of working in a residential home is preferable. All candidates for this post will be subject to an enhanced CRB.
